Event Recap

Seniors Expo

Organizing a successful event has become the norm for IAGB. The Senior Health Expo event held on Sunday, April 7th, at the Academy of Creative Arts in Burlington, MA, is an excellent example of how well the community received the event. More than 200 people attended this event. Many seniors sat throughout the informative breakout session on Living Will, Health Proxy, Signs of Alzheimer’s Disease, Know Your Health 101, and Health And Nutrition.

Vendor booths such as Senior Day Care, Senior Living, Health Insurance, Health Equipment, Mental Health, Living Will, Financial Support and Education, Medical and Dental Insurance, and Overall Senior Services were available to display their services for the senior community.

A detailed list of all the vendor’s participants is available on IAGB’s website Click Here

Our event wouldn’t have been possible and successful without the participating organizations/exhibitors and the wealth of information they shared at the event.

A BIG THANK YOU to Our Sponsors and participating vendors.

IAGB Partners with the India Medical Association Of New England to bring this event to you.

Many thanks to  Boston University Henry M Goldman School of Dental medicine, faculty and students and Dr. Kadambari Rawal for serving many in our community and providing dental check-ups.

Our heartfelt thanks to Hetal and Java Joshi of the Academy of Creative Arts for providing us with the venue and facilities for the event.

IAGB proposed this one-of-a-kind event for the benefit of New England seniors, and with overwhelming response and encouragement from the community and tireless efforts from the IAGB committee, the event was successful. We will strive to continue to bring such events to this community. Thank you to all the members and seniors who visited and supported us. Congratulation to the lucky winners of the Raffles entered at the event.

IAGB 5K Run/Walk

This event was held on May 13, 2023. IAGBian’s enthusiasm and support made the event a great success. The IAGB – RUN4VETERANS event was organized to bring our community together and enjoy the outdoors while contributing to two worthy causes: Massachusetts Fallen Heroes and Ekal Vidyalaya. We were thrilled to see so many friends and families joining us for this special occasion. The overwhelming response from all the IAGB members and the tremendous turnout at the BEDFORD location filled our hearts with joy.  IAGBian’s participation and cooperation were crucial in making this event memorable. The funds raised from this event will contribute towards honoring and assisting our Massachusetts fallen heroes and supporting the noble cause of Ekal Vidyalaya. We want to extend our deepest appreciation to all our dear IAGBians. Once again, thank you for your involvement in the IAGB 5K Run/Walk. Your contributions have significantly impacted us, and we are truly grateful for everyone’s support. We look forward to our community’s continued participation in our future events.
